Rules
and Management Regulation:
a) The rules and regulations listed below may be modified by the
management for the protection, health and welfare of Northbound Moose Campground
guests as well as the preservation and orderly management of the premises.
Law
ordinances and insurance regulations:
a) Campers agree to obey federal, state, county and municipal
laws, regulations, rules and ordinance in regard to the premises and his/her
use thereof without limitation. Such laws include all prohibitions regarding
consumption and use of alcoholic beverages by person(s) under the age of 21
and/or supplying alcoholic beverages to a minor. As a result of any violation
of said laws, the management shall have the right to terminate and dispose the
tenant without refund.
The management vigorously enforces all
underage drinking laws.
b) Northbound Moose Campground accepts no responsibility or
liability for your property left at the campground. We urge you to have vehicle
insurance against natural disasters, theft, fire, and vandalism.
c) SWIMMING IS AT THE RISK OF EACH CAMPER AND THEIR GUESTS.
Default
and Performance:
a) In the event that there is default on payment or in
performance of Rules that are set forth, written notice will be given to leave
the premises without refund.
Safety:
a) The use of premises for other than camping and general
recreational purposes is not permitted.
b) Adult Supervision of your children is a must while in the
campground.
c) Speed limit is 5 miles per hour for the safety of all
campers.
d) Fireworks are prohibited and will result in removal from the
park without refund.
Sanitation:
a) The restroom facilities utilize a state of the art composting
system to minimize environmental impact. This system requires that only human
waste and toilet paper enter the system. All other waste should be disposed of
in the containers provided. NO OTHER
DEBRIS MAY BE PLACED IN THE SYSTEM. PLEASE INSTRUCT EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP OF
THESE RULES. CHILDREN LESS THAN 12 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
IN THE RESTROOM!
b) No dumping of gray water is allowed. Please tell management
if an accident occurs.
c) A dumping station is available as you exit. Additional fees
may apply.
Campfires:
a) All fires must be out before retiring for the evening or
leaving the campground.
b) No glass, cans or trash are to be placed in fire rings.
c) No outside firewood
allowed.
Courtesy
& Housekeeping:
a) Excessive noise or abusive language will not be tolerated at
any time.
b) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
c) No smoking in any campground facility.
d) PETS must be
leashed and owners must clean up after them. Noisy pets will be asked to leave.
Never leave pets unattended.
e) Campers are responsible to keep the area clean around their site.
Trash should be placed in the lined cans throughout the campground. Recycling
stations are located near the office and restroom.
Campsites
& Parking:
a) Only one rv or tent per campsite is allowed.
b) Please be considerate of others who need to park and maneuver
through the park. If you have a boat trailer, speak to the manager before
parking your boat trailer.
c) Off road vehicles are not allowed in the campground.
Guests:
a) A day pass is required for all visitors. Guests must check in
at office.
b) An additional fee will be charged for visiting guests.
c) All day pass visitors must exit the park by 10pm.
d) Visitors pets are not allowed.
Reservations
& Cancellation Policy:
a) Prepayment is required for all reservations.
b) Prepayments refunded if canceled 14 days prior to arrival for camper rental and 7 days for campsite less a $10 cancellation fee.
c)After 14 days for camper rental or 7 days for campsites no refunds allowed.
d) Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $35
handling/return fee.
